Nambour Garden Expo. July 2021.
It was a real challenge for the Garden Expo to go ahead this year, the most challenging event the organisers have ever presented. Despite the attendance being down thirty percent, the dedicated gardeners were queuing in the rain before 7 a m on Friday the first day of the 3 day event.

Regional Visitors were cautious, and there were cancellations as late as Thursday evening because of the chance of having to go into quarantine for fourteen days. It was still a very successful show for the many Exhibitors.

Unfortunately we were not able to have a stand of our own this year, but were happy to assist Buderim and Nambour Garden Clubs, and we thank them for their hospitality. Thanks also to Noel and Lola Milliner and Jill Williams from Caboolture Garden Club, and Tom Hayes from The Gap Garden Club for joining in the fun and promoting Garden Clubs In the circumstances the many Visitors who attended were very happy and looking forward to a great show next year.
