Life Member Lola Milliner cut the Cake with Audrey Sampson from Nanango who was at the Very First Club Meeting 50 Years ago.
How do I express my pride and happiness at how well our Friendship Day and 50th Birthday, went off so smoothly and with a bang, last month in July. Everything was just right, with the hall, food and raffles, as well as guests and members all enjoying themselves and making the morning a huge success.

We have received several thanks, congratulatory remarks and kind cards, from members and guests. All of this did not just happen and I would like to thank every member who helped either on the day, or in an organising capacity in the lead up.
Several members were in the right place at the right time to ensure the flow of food and also the many prizes from the raffle and lucky door/seat as well! Guests and members were also seated smoothly. My job was made much easier and gave me time to schmooze and chat to our guests and members, without a rushed feeling or garbled response. So thank you once again!
I even saw some of the Pollies and special guests taking the time to relax a bit and fill out the answers for the Trivia ‘question time!!’ 😂
